Determining Egg Consumption Habits in Ankara

1 Tavukçuluk Araştırma Enstitüsü Müdürlüğü-Ankara - In this research data were collected and evaluated from some of chosen families by survey in Ankara. Average eggs supply cap year 171 was found. Eggs were generally consumpted by boiled in breakfast. People bought eggs generally from shop, preferring was effected by packing. Egg trays covered with gelatine were preferred by consumers. The people in Ankara havent got enough knowladge about egg so it must be given much more information. Keywords : Egg, consumption, habit
